The App is strictly for educational and informational purposes. Content provided in the App is not intended as, and should not be construed as, religious rulings (fatwas) or authoritative religious guidance. For personal religious guidance, users should consult qualified Islamic scholars and local religious authorities.

You may create an account using your email address, Apple ID, or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Free Tier: The App offers free access to basic features including limited daily AI assistant queries, core lessons, and Quran reading.

Premium Subscription: Enhanced features are available through auto-renewable subscription plans:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.

All content, design, graphics, and code of the App are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Quranic Arabic text is in the public domain. Translations and scholarly commentary are attributed to their respective authors and sources.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without our prior written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

Notes and bookmarks you create within the App remain your property. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
